Limitation of liability

PERLON, spol. s r.o.  shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or relating to the product material, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential (including, but not limited to, loss of products or business), regardless of the applicable legal practice, including but not limited to warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability.
